Starting tomorrow, I will be teaching Shakti Rising from 7:00 - 8:30 pm at Soham Yoga Studio in Oregon City! Shakti is the concept of divine feminine creative power. This class is designed for self-identified women who are looking for a practice that nurtures and encourages their inner Goddess Self. Using a more collaborative approach to yoga, we will aim to create a community feel in class through shared intention setting, ritual, and other special ceremonies. Participants are invited to dress up in their most Goddess-esq yoga clothing to enhance the sacredness of the experience! AND Thursdays from 7:00 - 8:30 pm I am starting a new series entitled New Year, New YOU - A Chakra Meditation Series. Here is the description: Using mantras, asanas, bandas, meditations & pranayamas, we will explore and engage our seven main chakras throughout the seven week series. The first class will focus on the root chakra and we will work our way up as the new year unfolds. This class welcomes all levels of practitioners and no previous knowledge of the chakra system is necessary. I invite you to wear RED, the color associated with the root chakra to get extra intentional for our time together. :) See you on the mat, lovely community!
