Winds: Winds will be 10-15mph north of I-72. 5-10mph between I-72 and I-70. South of I-70 will have winds around 5mph. Gusts up to 20mph north of I-80. Sky conditions: Clouds will be on the increase. By midnight areas southwest of Marshall to Burlington, IA line will be mostly cloudy. Areas northeast of this line will be mostly clear to partly cloudy. Then by dawn the state will be mostly cloudy skys. But, areas east of I-57, north of I-70 and south of I-72 could have partly cloydy skys before becoming mostly cloudy by sunrise. Monday: Precip: Through noon areas east of a Hoopeston to Chester line will be dry. Areas west of this line will have a chance of precip. Areas southwest of a Shelbyville to Quincy line will have a freezing drizzle/ snow mix. Areas north of this line will have a chance of snow. Best chance of snow will be north of I-80. Then by early afternoon areas south of a Vincennes, IN to Cora line will be dry. Areas north of this line and south of Vermillion to Rockport line will have snow/ drizzle mix. Areas north of this area will have snow. Best chances of snow is in northeastern IL. Then by late afternoon areas west of a Warsaw to City Rock line will be dry. Areas southeast of this line and north of a Vermillion to Rockport line will hace a chance of snow. Areas south of this area and north of route 13 will have a snow/ drizzle mix. Areas south of route 13 will have a rain/ snow mix. Chance of precip are 40-60% north of route 17. Between route 17 and route 136 has a 30-40%. Areas between Route 136 and I-70 will have a 20%. South of I-70 will have a 10-20%. Temps: Highs will be in the lower 30s north. Mid to upper 30s central and south. WC will be around 20 north. Upper 20s central. Around 30 south. Winds: Winds will be 10-15mph north of I-72. Between I-72 and I-70 will have winds around 10mph. South of I-70 will have winds 5-10mph. Gusts up to 20-25mph north of a Chrisman to Burlington, IA line. Areas between this line and route 50 will have gusts up to 18mph. Sky conditions: Skys will be mostly cloudy. Snowfall: up to 3/4 of an inch north of I-80. South of I-80 will have little to no accumulation. Rainfall: Less than .10 of an inch. Frost: Frost is possible. Especially north of route 24.
