State restructuring is not tug of war that can be played between political parties but it is a set of some responsibilities that every party should carry on their shoulders equally. After a decade long political transition, symptoms have started indicating that the political consensus is inching close. Governments decision to address the demand of CPN- Maoist to organize an All Party Conference is a positive and responsible advancement towards drafting constitution on time. Constitution is not an issue that should be finalized through majority but its base should be higher political consensus. After that its ratification should be done by a majority in Constitution Assembly. This is what all the political parties should think about. On one hand, CPN- Maoist should prepare itself for some give and take, on the other hand, parties inside the CA should show a height of flexibility to reduce the risk of civil war. Lets hope that the All Party Conference is held soon and its jurisdiction are finalized with in this week.
