CH ITF is an international TKD Organization with its headquarter registered in Canada. CH ITF has its own international activities to serve their members as well its own policy, constitution to guide CH ITF into the right path. CH ITF does not interfere any groups, federations business. CH ITF has its own focus, and CH ITF is so busy just to give our members true services and to uphold Gen. Chois values, his martial art spirits by organizing technical seminars, international championships, umpire courses to their own CH ITF Members. If the TKD Group in Vienna would like to interfere the CH ITF business they SHOULD apply to be the members first, then they will have the rights to speak and interfere the CH ITF internal affairs! PLEASE MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!!! Personal attack tactics DOES NOT and WONT Work! SGM Phap Lu has earned his Black Belt 9th Degree title with the approval of all ITF Members through the final decision of the ITF Congress. No one has the right to take away from his hard workings and to serve ITF Members, Gen. Choi from 1985 to the present.
