[Statements and Questions] This is a Powerful Womans group, but there arent any conversations going on as to what is means to be a Powerful Woman, nor what we should be doing in our communities, neighborhoods, and families that confirm that we are Powerful Women. It is agreed, its time to stand together and unite, to build but what are [we] building here? Ive entered several different groups with similar titles and there is never any conversations, no statistics, no research, no local news, world news, and so far, no plan to build anything in particular. This is not a knock to the founder or admin of this group - it is not. Im a Powerful Woman in need of movement, actual progression, and literal foundation building. Ive entered to be a part of something greater than me. Larger than quotes. Something immeasurable. What I also know is when I do participate and attempt to build within these groups that are established nothing ever happens. So I inquire to build what women are seriously looking for. Quickly things are liked but no action taken. I send out messages and suggestions of topics, issues, and concerns on how to actually create what is said that women want - no return. So are we truly unified? Are we honestly looking to build? And if we are unified, someone please explain me their definition, their belief, their truthful opinion. We are the strongest gender, species, and entities on the face of the earth, yet we wonder why we are oppressed, second rate, and dismissed. It is because we are only talking and highlighting, but not doing and achieving. Dont take this post in the wrong way. It is not to tear down, belittle, or demean in any fashion. But Im looking for something, that I know women have but just arent showing up for. If we are building, what are we building?
