Status Update By Andrea Johnson-Bronson Enrichment Voyages Continues... Sal Moschella, former Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Semester at Sea , has been directly involved with every aspect of Enrichment Voyages for more than 20 years , and is now leading the efforts with other entities to re-launch the program. The new vision for Enrichment Voyages™ will deliver meaningful and distinctive learning experiences for short-term study abroad students as well as lifelong learners by combining travel to exciting destinations, service learning opportunities, stimulating lectures and an engaging learning community. We are currently planning Enrichment Voyage opportunities to various worldwide destinations at different times of the year which will include river voyages and land voyages, in addition to the traditional ocean voyages. River Enrichment Voyages can provide an intimate atmosphere for learning and have the benefit of taking voyage participants directly inside the rich cultural heart of historic city centers. Land voyages will enable participants to immerse themselves into remote areas of the world and to engage with the local culture and service projects much more intimately. Stay tuned!
