Still buzzing from PureElite on Sunday! I might have received some negative feedback and messages from haters, but haters gonna hate! I am proud to be part of the #NGM family as a Gym Disciple after Natasha G Murray signed me up back in May. I am also proud to be part of the Diva Fitwear Team after Babet Berkhof sponsored me some amazing bikinis which are so stunning I cried when I got them! I will keep training hard to show my sponsors how much I appreciate the opportunities they have given me and I will keep aiming to develop and grow. Depression is a horrible illness and with it come terrible highs and lows. The highs are sometimes as bad as the lows because you always fear the crash back to reality. Mix that with my IBD and Im prone to illness from weak immune system but illness makes me stronger! I know what I need to do for my next PureElite comp with Stewart Armstrong in April, I also have Miss Inspirational woman Uk in March after qualifying as Miss Hampshire Inspiration, then Hercules Olympia in May! The plan is to lose more bodyfat, eat clean, #TrainDirty and Smile always.
