Still buzzing from the weekend. Doing some wall squats (to Phil Collins haha) as part of my functional session, an got toes on wall for last one . Easy to do as you can start a foot away and or add in a heel lift. Focus on firing that posterior chain (muscles on back of body) and screw those feet outwards to keep knees out and toes forward. This helps improve your squat movement pattern, but must be accompanied with by an array of other mobility and stability exercises to open up further. Strengthens many areas and helps with back pain. Slow set of ten in with warm up. Enjoy
