Still chuggin along :) Been very much in slacker mode since Halloween (and awesome party Miss Kat!) Ive cleared a spot for my Christmas tree and it will go up - bare until after Thanksgiving) soon so that with any luck the cats will learn to leave it alone before all the decoration go on. Other than that, not doing much other than reading tons and tons of zombie books - free Kindle books so theyve been a pretty mixed bag of quality. Also, been painting my fingernails some rather wild combo (yeah, I know - who knew I could be so gosh darn girly!) Thats really it. Nice and low key with lots of chatting with my Mom and trying to hep keep her spirits up, cuddling with the cats and reading some pretty awful books. Once I get my hands on more stamps, I have some letters to send out and should probably try and figure out whos addresses are accurate in case I decide to get fancy and actually mail out Christmas cards. If youd like to be on the list - no guarantee Ill get around it - send me a copy of your address. If I ever get ambitious again, I need to start making test batches of cookies for the holidays to see if I have the family recipes deciphered correctly (gotta love the ones that say put in oven and bake until done or piece of butter the size of a walnut.)
