Still on the subject of marriage from yesterday. I am gonna say this as nice as I possibly can, but with boldness and in love. Christians have no business thinking about, seeking or even asking God should they divorce. If we do! This is Gods answer right here For I hate divorce! says the LORD, the God of Israel. To divorce your wife is to overwhelm her with cruelty, says the LORD of Heavens Armies. So guard your heart; do not be unfaithful to your wife Malachi 2:16. If we are having issues in our marriage we should be looking to God, not an unsaved person or unsaved counselor. Oh and Ladies yall know how we do it sometimes; we will say Girl you need to leave that man, he aint no good for you. When we should ask her if she has prayed and seek Gods face because God will tell her the opposite of what we are saying because as we just read God hates divorce. I am speaking to Christians right now because the world does not understand the things of God. Now please dont misunderstand me. I am not condemning or judging anyone who has gotten a divorce because I dont have the authority to do this, but I do have the authority to speak Gods truth. God is a loving God and He is merciful, divorce is not a sin that God wont forgive us for. Let us just get into the word of God and know what He says about marriages and divorces. Ladies and gentlemen its all in the Bible. Kingdom business folks.
