Still strugging with this flu - on the mend, but my throat feels all seized-up today (thought I was getting laryngitis yesterday) and my thought processes are really sluggish - am reading emails over and over again to comprehend them. The finance work Im doing today is an absolute joy in this frame of mind. And of course, this is when I find an email from someone with whom I havent previously corresponded in my inbox who is putting a suggestion to me that Id have to critically examine in terms of timelines, lifeboat launch times and sequences and determining the movements of a man who didnt survive the sinking of the Titanic. All while Im in such a fuzzy state that tying shoelaces poses a challenge.
