Still wide awake, cant switch off, been a great day provoking lots of thoughts - Earlier, coaching and training from some of the most successful business builders and leaders within our group, at todays managers academy. Never fails to motive and inspire, always such a good energy being around this group of people. So many different characters and backgrounds but all determined, driven and motivated to become better and succeed. Then tonight, motivation from a different source - watching Countdown to the Invictus Games - these individuals are incredible, many have been blown up, stared death in the face but still come back, determined to not just survive with their injuries but thrive, against the odds and do what people say they cant. #NoSuchWordAsCant. Theres nothing inherently special about anyone in either one of these groups, other than Mindset, every single person has the ability to do anything we set our minds to - we just have to stop making excuses. #WhatsYourExcuse
