Stop Plan Mexico -- Mexican Consulate 5pm WED 12/3 (excellent short informative video) In the 80s many of us Raza and people of conscience called for DIVESTMENT IN CENTRAL AMERICAN governments and the CIA-guided Contras (also South Africa) who were using US aid to terrorize their people, especially the outspoken. Bishop Oscar Arnulfo Romero was murdered in El Salvador for standing with the poor and insisting on this divestment. Today, that repressive sickness has bursted open in Mexico, and the people are calling for our support. There will be many more days of struggle to come but public action and OUTCRY is important.
