Stopped off at FRYS ELECTRONICS and picked up this 32GB Flash Drive for $24.95, cause the THREE other PATRIOT 16GB flash drives I HAD, well, I kept leaving them at customers houses, and businesses (they were only $10.99 each, so I lost $30 - Oh well). SO, this one is a KEY that will go on my KEY-RING, so I cant possibly leave it anywhere now, because if I do, I will be leaving my KEYS to my car, so I wont be leaving it ANYWHERE... YEAH. While at FRYS, I actually saw a FLASH DRIVE that was 128GB drive. Are you kidding, of course it was $134.00, too, but WHO needs one that LARGE. There were 64GB flash (thumb) drives too... but come on. =================================== You know, it has never occurred to me, till now, but I could probably buy 10 - 1GB thumb drives, and sell them to customers at 100% markup, or even more... What a thought! =================================== CANT WAIT TO FIND A 1TB (terabyte) thumb drive. GEEZZ - OVERKILL. =================================== IF a 3.5 floppy disk is 1.44 mb, and of course, we all remember those, then 1000 of those 3.5 floppy disks would be 1GB of storage, or 1000mb, so 32GB drive is 32,000 floppy disks. Think this is enough room? OR A CD holds 560mb of storage, so two CDs holds roughly 1GB of data, so this 32GB DRIVE is equal to 64 CDs... Think this is enough room WHEW. Wearing my brain out now!!!
