Store web site down since Saturday due to ISP moving locations :-( The migration of the physical equipment is completed, however when equipment was brought online our main EMC storage array failed. We had the parts on hand and have started to rebuild the array to gain access to the data and bring affected customers websites and Servers back online. There is nothing we can do to speed up this process. We sincerely apologize for the business impact this is having on our customers. At this point there is no need to call support or submit tickets. We will update this post as new info develops. UPDATE 12:33am PST: We just got off the phone with Tier-1 support at EMC. They are escalating the case to help us resolve the storage failure. We will not hear back from them until the morning hours PST. Again, we apologize for the ongoing issue and should hopefully have the issue resolved in the morning. UPDATE Sunday Nov 24th, 10:08am PST: EMC is currently on the storage array and trying to get it functioning. We should have more info shortly. We are very appreciative of your patience. This was an unexpected event that should never have occurred. It is catastrophic to both you and to ISI. Please know that we are working with every resource possible to resolve this.
