Apply today by sending your resume to InvestorRelations@strategicholdings The role and responsibility of the CSS candidate covers the daily client service responsibilities as a team member of the Investor Relations Department. Our Investor relations team is mainly responsible for raising capital and maintaining relationships with our investors who have average assets exceeding $1MM, and overseeing our fund. CSS will be working directly with the Executive Vice President of Investor Relations and will interact with the CEO. The CSS responsibilities will include the following: 1) Perform daily operation activities: such as answering incoming and some outbound calls, filing, processing new accounts for IRA and non IRA. Processing new purchase of shares in the fund 2) Document handling and preparation of general correspondence to investors 3) Act as the supporting contact for investors to timely address any queries or issues and follow, and look for cross sell opportunities and make referrals (as needed) 4) Setting up seminars in different locations with hotels, advertisements, and postcards 5) Maintaining marketing supplies such as PPM, Overview, F/U calls to prospect and clients, IRA custodian, USPS package sent, Seminar, update and maintain files, checks for investors, f/u sales and light prospecting and sales, sales force 6) Stay abreast of fund information and procedural changes and the addition of new products and services Basic Requirements: • 4-6 years previous banking or other financial institution experience and/or 2 years client support experience • Demonstrate strong investment, trust and wealth management knowledge with sold credit and deposit knowledge to successfully support a team of investment professionals. • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously • Solid Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Well organized and flexible to adapt to change and focus on top priorities in a fast-paced environment • Must be deadline driven to ensure timely completion of tasks Preferred Requirements: Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Securities License 7, 63, 65, or 66
