~Strawberry Santas~ Ingredients -Strawberries -Whip Cream I made these for my sons class party. To make it easier for travel I lined a small pan with a layer of whip cream ( the pan was also deep enough that when covered it would not touch the strawberries) - Cut the stem off the end of the strawberries to make a base. - Cut the strawberries off at the tip leaving a large enough size for Santas hat - Place the strawberries in the whip cream lined pan (this will hold them in place) - Using an Icing bag add whip cream to the strawberry at the cut end, make a large enough amount to make Santas face, place the tip of the strawberry on top. - With a small tip on the icing bag place a dot of whip cream on top and 2 small dots on the front of the bottom section of the strawberry. Voila I Served this with a large pan of Strawberry Jello so the whip cream from the bottom of the pan from the Santas would not go to waste as it could also be used on the Jello Enjoy!!
