Stress is one of a number of factors which can increase levels of physical pain and discomfort, and is therefore something we regularly ask about at Mosaic Myotherapy. As this article from The Age explains, stress can also be second-hand, ie related to what we see others around us experiencing. Stress isnt all bad and there are a number of things that we can do to help manage our own stress levels including identifying potential triggers, looking after your health, establishing routines and spending time with people who care. Practising yoga, breathing exercises and meditation can also help, as can exercise and listening to music.
