Stretch N0.5 Hip Flexors The muscles that are contracted more than they are relaxed. We may only be showing you one way of stretching the hip flexors. Please be aware that there are other ways however slightly more advanced. Please contact us for further details if required. Step 1. kneel on to the ground Step 2. take one leg and place in front of you at a 90 degrees angle, making sure that the foot is flat on the ground and straight. Step 3. slowly lunge forward, keeping your back straight at all times Step 4. hold until you feel a release Step5. Repeat on the other side
