Student Loan Rates: Why is the government setting the rates, in fact why is the government in the business altogether?? The worst part of the student loan program is it has allowed the universities, much has been written lately, to pump up costs, pork barrel dumb programs, pile on administration and worthless junks, cause the kids will be forced to pay for them with student loans. For whom do these Universities exist? The students and the taxpayers or for the educrats?? Time for a debate on this matter.
