Sub: HELP or SOLVE our problems regarding our vehicle DL1CN 4075 EECO RESPECTED SIR, I Mr Manhor lal thanking you heartily because you help in servicing the ECCO DL1CN4075 ,due to your help i have hope, due to your attitude and hard work maruti is 13th time on 1st number position, Requesting from you that maruti should have there own technical team for genuine case ,due to which the customer dont run here and there, Wish you and your family happy new year. Preying to god you establish day by day. WITH DUE RESPECT I MANOHAR LAL (SENIOR CITIZEN) BAUGHT A MARUTI EECO CNG,CAR NO:-DL1CN4075 IN OCT.2011. FROM INITIAL PHASE MY VEHICLE MAKING FEW TROUBLE SUCH AS :- MAJOR PROBLEMS 1-ENGINE NOISE, 2-ENGINE MISSING 3-STEERING PROBLEM 4-HUMMING NOISE & ETC. AFTER TAKING THIS PROBLEM FROM MY SIDE ,I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO AN AUTHORIZED MARUTI WORKSHOP WHEN SOME PROBLEM IS DIAGANOSED BY LOWER LAVEL SUCH AS SERVICE ADVISOR,TECHNICAL ADVISOR & TECHNICIAN.THEY CONFIRMED THESE PROBLEM TO ME AND SENIOR LEVEL STAFF ALSO,BUT SENIOR LEVEL DO NOT TAKING THESE EFFECTIVLY AND THEY SEND MY VEHCLE BY WRITING THAT VEHICLE CHECK FOUND OK FOR THESE PROBLEM I TOOK MY VEHICLE VARIAS TIME TO WORKSHOP ABOUT 30 TIMES,OUT EVERY TIME THE SENIOR LEVEL STAFF TERMINATE THESE PROBLEM BY SAYING VEHICLE CHECK AND FOUND OK EVEN THESE SAID TO ME THAT FOR YOUR PROBLEM AND ALSO SAID YOU SALE OUT THESE VEHICLE OR PURCHASE ANOTHER COMPANY VEHICLE LIKE SKODA.T0YOTA,ONE MORE THING TO SAID FOR DAMAGE THE ENGINE BY ANY REGION THEY WILL PUT THE WARRENTY.THESE WORDING PRESSURISE & MENTAL HARRASHMENT TO ME. I GIVEN MAIL TO MSIL TO SEND A SERVICE ENGINNER TO TAKE HANDLE MY VEHICLE PROBLEM BUT NO CHECK OR RESULT IS ZERO. EVEN I LEFT MY VEHICLE FOR 2 TO 3 DAYS IN WORKSHOP FOR MANY VISITS.MY LAST VISIT WAS AT MARUTI SALES & SERVICE NARAINA .BUT THESE TIME A SAME THING TO JUNIOR LEVEL OR SENIOR LAVEL STAFF. THIS IS NOT THE GOOD CUSTOMER SEVICE, WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS AT ALL. WE RESPECT THE MARUTI AS A CUSTOMER. STILL SAME ABOVE MENTIONED PROBLEM RUNNING IN MY VEHICLE KINDLY HELP ME OUT FROM THESE,AND ADVISE US WHAT WE SHOULD DO IN THIS MATTER? THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT BUT SEEKING HELP FROM YOUR END. Cng Ac Htr , Againt Purchase Order No----, Reg.no.-DL 1C N 4075-Chassis no.-230761--,Dtd -04/10/11-- from M/s-RANA MOTORS-- new delhi. Maruti Name is a well known Brand Name in the Automobile Market. People like you plays a Significant role in the Development of the Maruti because of which Maruti Stands at First Rank for the Thirteen Time. But there are also its Rivals who works in your Organisation . as a loyal Customer of Maruti ,i would like to Inform you about the same people.some employees of Maruti Authorised Dealers /Workshop Harsash and Misbehave with their Customers .some Words use. The Movement I Started Driving the Above Regn. No-DL 1C N 4075--- Vehicle , There was an Abnormal Noise & Some Many Problem. At the Initialstage the Noise & some Problems was Bearable,but with Passage of time the Noise & some Problems become so Unbearable . This complaint of Noise & some Problems was Coming During Driving was Brought in the Notice of DD Mtr.v.pur,Rana Mtr.v. pur,MSM okhla,MSSD Naraina & also MSIL Gurgaon at the time the vehicle mileage was 100km only. I have Infome to the Compaints Several Times. But after my Vehicle Service,Repeated Visit, Telephonic and Reguler Complaints Highlighting the Same Complaints no Responce at MSIL & other Authorized Workshop,Noise and some Problems Still Persisted or Could not be Rectified or Only Forced me to Give an ok Report Mentioned in Every bill Remark Colum.(Vehicle Check found ok,Normal,Check with Custmer) They also said to many times MSIL Enginners are Coming from factory after Fifteen days.but no Results. After fifteen days did not call,no Intimation.but Dispite all my Pleadings the Defect/Problems in the Vehicle was till date not Rectifyed After 38 Times, No Satisfactory Answer was Given to me.Even I Left My Vehicle for ( 2) to (4) Days in Workshop.this is a NEGLIGENT , UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESSPONSIBLE by your end. I have GIVEN OF YOU MORE THAN AMPLE OPPORTUNTIES RATHER THEN EXPECTED BY ANY GENUINE PERSON. MORE IMPORTANTLY,IT SEEMS THAT YOU NIN A QUITE WELL CALCULTED MANNER TRIED TO CHEAT. This is not the Good Customer Service ,we are not Satisfied with this at all. We Respect the Maruti as A Customer. I know your Company is well known for the QUALITY AND RELIABILITY of its goods & services,so I have no hasitation in writing to you but i very DISSATISFIED with the VEHICLE and SERVICES.Still same above Mentioned Problems Running in my vehicle Kindly HELP me out from These and Advise us what we should do in this Metter ? Which is Indeed Regrettable and Highly Unbusiness like but any MSIL Autorized Workshop was Dereliction of Dutyand Failure to Rectify the same I am Suffered Losses/Incurred also Unbearable Expenses Now ,as I have Brought the fact in front of you .Also I Request to Many Time for This Complaints at MSIL Authoriesd Workshop. That the Vehicle is Having Noise and Some Complints /Defect from the date of Purchase(is a Manufacturing faults). I Hope you Understand my Problem and take the Action with the Solution as soon as Possible. If it’s a new car and still under warranty, why are we facing these problems? Is it the technical fault or manufacturing fault? What guaranty I have that I wont face this problem again in the future? If something major would have happened to the car our lives would have been lost. Who will be responsible for this? We were not able to attend the marriage function because of this incident. What is the solution for this or what advice you have for us regarding this fault? It is submitted that vehicle no. DL 1C N 4075 Has been visit by maruti engineer and mr. Kaushal verma at narayana mauty wks shop and they agree that there are some faults in the vechicle and they promise me that they change the assembly of engine, now it is requeted kindly clearyfy. When it will be change wether it will change full assembly or particular part.i dont know about the half assembly that was stated by you. Kindly reply soon. I WILL NOT PAY ANY CHARGE REGARDING ENGINE CHANGE . THE SOUND THAT COMES FROM THE ENGINE AND YOU AGREE WITH THIS PROBLEM BUT YOU CHANGE ONLY HALF ASSEMBLY .IS THIS SOUND DOES NOT EFFECT ANY OTHER PART OF THE ENGINE ? Instead of purchasing this car you must buy Skoda or Toyota They do not allow the Service Advisors to mention full problem on the job card. Also without checking the car fully they treat as found ok. Also Pick and Drop Facilities ar not for the Customers and they are chargable. If we mention some problem in the car they say we are the Engineers and not you. Its our choice to decide what is the problem ,we decide whose car is to be treated or not. If car come to us with someone Refrence we fastly treat it. Without dealing with problem and ask the Customer to give ok note Misbehaving with Customers, giving advice of selling the car and also help in selling the car, also not to Purchase Maruti car are some common things. That the Vehicle is having Noise and some Complints /Defect from the date of Purchase(is a Manufacturing Faults) Sir, you had help me earlier in treating the fault of my car. I Expect that you will help me in Treating the fault in my car.Since i have Purchase this car i Mention Various Faults to the Maruti but no action has been taken yet. I Already sent my car 30 to 35 times to the Maruti for Repairing but they did not treat it fully .they also did not provide me loaner car which is mention in the Workshops /Authorised Dealers i request you to take Immediate Actions to Repair my car also take surprise visits or Vigilence checking to Improve the Working of the company/System so that Maruti will not Loose its Valuable Customers. Also make a team of technical members who will listen to the problems of Maruti Customers because i contact the Senior Service Engineer( MARUTI SUZUKI )on phone he told me on behalf of other Company (Authorised Dealer/Workshop) that your car is fine instead he did not check my car so Result is Zero. This is not the Good Custmer Service ,we are not Satisfied with this at all.We Respect the Maruti as a Customer. THE SOUND THAT COMES FROM THE ENGINE AND YOU AGREE WITH THIS PROBLEM BUT YOU CHANGE ONLY HALF ASSEMBLY . IS THIS SOUND DOES NOT EFFECT ANY OTHER PART OF THE ENGINE ? IF IT EFFECTS THE ENGINE THEN WHAT WILL HAPPEN? DOES WITH REPLACEMENT OF HALF ENGINE THE NOISE THAT COMES WILL STOP? IN FUTURE I DONT WANT ANY PROBLEM REGARDING THIS, MARUTI WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCONVINIENCE OR COMPLAINT IN THE ENGINE IN FUTURE? ALSO TELL ME THAT HOW WILL YOU DEAL OTHER PROBLEMS LIKE HUMMING SOUND, STEARING PROBLEM,FRONT SIDE NOISE, DAG-2 NOISE ON REAR SIDE & ETC. I Manohar lal, Senior Citizen .i am the owner of maruti eeco DL ICN4075 .i am conducting its service at the maruti authorised service center maruti service master okhla/jahangir puri and maruti sales and service ,nariana regularly but there are some problems in my car from the first service which are till now not correctly rectified and solved .hence problems are still there in my vehicle. Approximately after 50 visits the condition is same. Despite of solving our problems they threaten us ,harras us ,make fun of us and misguide us, make fool of us.they also tell us that dont bring the car here and sell it and your car is repaired by only higher authority which is in japan. They also leveid unauthorise charges and force us to take the car without repairing it. Without any rectification and status of the car they return the car to us .everytime they ask us to take the car somewhere else .they also told us that go to court or media ,did maruti company wants us to go there because some of the senior persons of maruti advice this, also they said maruti is not a good brand and we dont have good customer service therefore sold your car and go for skoda ,honda, toyota etc.i havent hear about any such policy of maruti .they keep car for diagnose for 4-5 days and they charge parking charges from us.they also say that pick and drop facility is not for you. Without knowing the right default they diagnose some other part about which we did not complain. After asking for any default from service advisor and technical advisor they agree that there are many faults but at the same time they said we have orders from senior level managers to say there is no fault in this vehicle. They also return car in incomplete condition like steering loose,ignition switch loose ,headlight combination switch loose ,break oil cap missing,door knob missing,engine oil in less quantity ,steal tool kit,damage our stereo system. There are some regular problems from first service: 1. Engine missing- idle condition at both fuels. 2.sound like kit kit /tak tak from engine in cold condition specially on deaccelation of accelator and at speed of 20 to 30 km. 3.kir kir noise in engine compartment at the time of start and igniton off time. 4.rear side humming noise . 5.engine oil consumption – after last paid service run the vehicle 2200 km ,750 gm engine oil reduce but there is no leakage found by service master maruti jahaingir puri. Note;my vehicle is at jahangir puri maruti service master for repairing on 21/7/2013 at 7 p.m. also they (customer relationship manager and other managers ) are putting pressure on me to take your car and should not bring your car here.also they threatened me to pay parking charges.also service advisor and technical advisor on phone told me that your car engine fault/failure because engine oil was reduced by 750 gm after running 2200 km.please tell me where we should take our car as maruti has no such policy. I Manohar lal, Senior Citizen .I am the owner of maruti eeco DL ICN4075 .I am conducting its service at the maruti authorised service center maruti service master okhla/jahangir puri and maruti sales and service ,nariana regularly but there are some problems in my car from the first service which are till now not correctly rectified and solved .hence problems are still there in my vehicle. Approximately after 51 visits the condition is same. Despite of solving our problems they threaten us ,harras us ,make fun of us misguide us and make fool of us.They also tell us that dont bring the car here and sell it and your car is repaired by only higher authority which is in Japan. They also leveid unauthorise/illegal charges of 3000rs to 5000rs approx and force us to take the car without repairing it. Without any rectification and status of the car they return the car to us .Everytime they ask us to take the car somewhere else .They also told us that go to court or media ,did maruti company wants us to go there because some of the senior persons of maruti advice this, also they said maruti is not a good brand and we dont have good customer service therefore sold your car and go for skoda ,honda, toyota etc.I havent hear about any such policy of maruti /not a good/customer service.They keep car for diagnose for 4-5 days and they charge parking charges from us.They also say that pick and drop facility is not for you. Without knowing the right default they diagnose some other part about which we did not complain. After asking for any default from service advisor and technical advisor they agree that there are many faults but at the same time they said we have orders from senior level managers to say there is no fault in this vehicle. They also return car in incomplete condition like steering loose,ignition switch loose ,headlight combination switch loose ,break oil cap missing,door knob missing,engine oil in less quantity ,tool kit,damage our sterieo system.Also told me to your vehicle no is put the talisma so cannot attend /generate the your vehicle complaints any other companies or MSIL. My vehicle is at okhla phase 2 maruti service master for repairing on 25/7/2013 also they (Gernal manager sh. parveen ji and other managers sh vinod ji ) are putting pressure on me to take your car and should not bring your car here.also they threatened /demand me to pay unauthorise/illegal charges of 5000 rs.Also (service advisor )MR RAJINDER SINGH and (technical advisor) MR ARVIND told me that your car EGR,AC,ENGINE fault/failure ,after check he open and written the complaint on jobcard but after only egr opening and refiting whole procces time is 9:25am to 3:25pm,after the 3:25 pm vehicle should be found ok within 10 min and job card send to the sh V m chawla ji regarding my complaint ,sh v m chawla ji ask me to come into his room for the complaint discuccion but no result and my vehicle is not ok the whole proccess is time 4:30pm after this matter sh V m chawla ji send the job card to the closing/billing counter and ask to mr arvind the put on jobcard remark column vehice is found ok ,egr and ac compresser found ok/normal but engine noise no remark,after the whole work my Vehicle and my son was detaind /BANDHAK in msm customer care room for 60 min to 90 min without any reason by Mr Parveen kumar GM,Mr Vinod kumar ,sh V M Chawla ji and mr rahul verma, also rudely behaved and pressurries to my son to pay 5000rs for service charge of some other vehicle which bill was made in february 2013 and that car is not belong to us.Is it the way to deal with the customer by GM. Engine missing- idle condition at both fuels. 2.Sound like kit kit /tak tak from engine in cold condition specially on deaccelation of accelator and at speed of 20 to 30 km. 3.kir kir noise in engine compartment at the time of start and igniton off time.EGR noise (mr Rajinder Singh SA MSM okhla ask me at 25/7/2013 9:25am) 4.Rear side humming noise . 5.Engine oil consumption – after last paid service run the vehicle 2200 km ,750 gm engine oil reduce but there is no leakage found by service master maruti jahaingir puri. Before Aproox 50+ VISITS Msil Auth./Own Workshop and After (Workshop Last Visit) Driving the Vehicle for 15 days/ 800 km We are sure that there are Many Problems still continues in the Vehicle and I Already inform to the Company about this but have not Get any Reply Till Now. Sharma ji Admiited that because of Rules & Regulations, Pressure from Maruti Seniors,Part Vendors/Suppliers/Manufacturers we can not say Openly that there are Problems in the car. after Two plus Two Warranty (2 yr wrnty.+ 2 yr ex wrnty) We had not Expected that we will Suffer from such Defects in the car ,Also at the Time of Purchase no any one told us that they will not be Responsible if Vehicle will not Repair/Replaced fully Under Warranty Period. as a Result of this we have to Drive Default Vehicle and Maruti is Responsible for this. After the last Visit we Drive the Car for 15 days for 800 kms but Still its Condition is Same as it was Earlier like Noise in the Engine, Noise in Egr, Engine Missing and Consume Engine oil which Reaches Half Mark of the Dipistic/Gauge while Checking .There are other Problems about which we Complained about 50 times. Maruti Staff sh. Mehta ji, sh. Siddhu ji, sh. Sharma ji Admiited that there are Many Faults in the Vehicle but we are Helpless and we are Under Presure from the Company because of our Jobs thats why we Could not send your Vehicle to R&D or Service Department for checking at MSIL Factory. After Knowing all this we Think that Workshop/Vehicle Checking Staff (Seniors & Juniors) do not give Actual Reports to us but they give us Remarks Based on the Past Reports because Past Reports is also of the Maruti Authorised/Own Workshops. We Also Think that Alongwith Maruti Seniors there are Manufacturers who pose Pressure on you.they are Illegaly / Defective parts Supply by Maufacturers who are Defended by Some Seniors and also We Come to Know by Someone that According to jd power/ A+ /A* dates will be closed on 31 august. and this is all drama to check our car because we lodged compalint earlier. they also told us that After this we Cannot get the Benefits of Warranty because they Give us the Same Remark as they Earlier gave us . We Requesting you that get Check our Car from the Honest Staff in the R&D and Service Department /Technical Department because we Respect Maruti and Some Seniors of Maruti.We want to raise our voice about Defects in the Vehicle to the Senior Staff and Expect that Maruti will HELP us as they Helped us Earlier. because our Car is Defective We only can seek help from you because Maruti has Good Name in Customer Service,its motive Good Service and Customer Always Right. Its a Humble request to you to Repair our Vehicle and Expects that Maruti and its Senior Staff will Concentrate on the Actual Positioin of the Car Rather than on the Past Position and will not Come in any Pressure because Junior and Senior Staff Admitted that there are Faults in the Car. I ALSO CHECK THE VEHICLE SO MANY TIME IN MSSD,MSM(BOTH) BUT NO RESULT ONLY REMARKS GIVEN VEHICLE CHECK FOUND OK .I REQUEST TO YOU & ALL MSIL SR.STAFF MY VEHICLE IS NOT OK/FAULTY, PLEASE CHECK THE VEHICLE MSIL R&D OR SERVICE DEPARTMENT TEAM AT MSIL GURGAON,IF YOU WANT I DROP THE VEHICLE FOR THE CHECKING IN MSIL GURGAON ,SO KINDLY HELP US AND RECTIFY THE VEHICLE PROBLEMS, BECAUSE APPORX 50+ TIMES CHECK THE VEHICLE IN MSSD/MSM (BOTH)PLACES THEY ARE GIVEN A REMARK FOUND OK SO MANY PROBLEMS IN VEHICLE. PLEASE RECTIFY THE PROBLEMS OF THE VEHICLE . We Previously also lodged many Compalint to the Maruti Against this but we Havent get any reply and Heard of any Action Against this.It is Therefore Requested that Please take Serious Actions Against this as soon as Possible and Make Efforts to get My Car Repair.
