SubhanAllah, the other day though Masjid anNabawi had NO more wheelchairs to lend for sisters to lend and were completely out of them. Standard wheelchairs in Madinah cost anywhere between 240-370 from shops that sell them on a road called Sultana by the Haram and the Prophets Mosque is ALWAYS welcoming wheelchairs as donations. Pilgrims who need them should go to the offices inside with Umrah/Hajj visa. They will take a copy of it and give you a wheelchair for your stay in Madinah with an agreement based on the honor code that you will return them prior to departure. Wheelchairs, fold-up chairs, specified small duaa books and copies of the Holy Quran are all accepted forms of sadaqa jaariya that the Masjid anNabi will accept inshaaAllah.
