SubhanAllah today at work I was talking with a co-worker about how the American children have lost their Imagination due to technology And that got me to thinking about how many times I have heard Muslims and non Muslims alike saying that the Muslim countries are behind the rest of the world. And in many ways they are right ..but as I thought about the concept of a nation of people becoming so depended on technology I thought what will happen to these people when there will come a day when they will need to rely upon themselves. These kids will have no skills in using their minds to figure things out I mean if you think about it all we have today is because people before us used their minds and imagined things and then put their thoughts and ideas to use they did not have google or youtube to show them the answers or how to do something ... so then it lead me back to Islam and the Ummah and the thought that maybe in a few things there needs to be a change when updating to the modern world ...but the Greatest of the Great came from the most simple of things and the greatest of minds where living in the remote times so i I am hoping I guess to see the Muslims not become so dependent on technology that they can no longer think ...I am hoping that the Ummah stays simple and Use what Allah has given us Long random and scattered thought :P
