NEXT MEETING THAT IS A MUST ATTEND, CLARK COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEETING, COUNTY BLDG, GRAND CENTRAL PARKWAY, LAS VEGAS, NV. DEC 2, 6 PM. IF YOU ARE ABLE TO ATTEND THE PAHRUMP - NYE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEETING ON DEC. 2 AT 10 AM THAT WOULD BE GREAT. WE NEED EVERYONE TO BE AT ONE OR THE OTHER MEETING AND SEND IN YOUR COMMENTS TO BLM OR GET THEM TO US. Although this meeting was pertinent to Nevada only, you need to know that this is happening in every state west of the Mississippi. BLM is closing public lands to everything. No access to the public for any reason. You need to let your people know about this, have someone contact BLM, and get on this immediately. We need to be proactive in stopping this everywhere in the USA. BLM will, with the help of Harry Reid, take your public lands and close them off. This testimony was intended to go on the public record IN PUBLIC at your farce of a ‘public meeting’ yesterday at the Las Vegas Library. Having used a ‘public’ facility, and then not allowing ‘public comment’ at the meeting, on and for the record is a big problem, as you probably figured out. We will be addressing that soon enough. For the time being, please take note: We the People need you to PROVE you are a government agency, because according to our research, BLM is a foreign corporation, related to the foreign bankrupt United States Corporation. You exist on the District of Columbia, a 10-mile square area of land, and that’s it. Public land belongs to the people, period. Public land does NOT belong to Uncle Sam, a foreign corporation. We are commissioning a common law grand jury to decommission you. The International Environmental Court is used against those who are perpetrating war crimes against the people. That the Pan American treaty of 12-26-1933 (49 STAT 3097) Treaty Series 881 – (Convention on Rights and Duties of States) stated CONGRESS replaced STATUTES with international law, placing all states under international law. That the International Organization Immunities Act of 12-9-1945 – - Congress relinquished every public office over to the UN. Local governments up to the president fall under UN jurisdiction. Congress gave the UN the right to dictate what laws will be international & gave them the right to tax the States. What a complete farce you are. BLM is the gun end of the BAR association by virtue of the orders given to you by some black robed jackass, who’s ALSO a foreign entity, and who’s only purpose is to enforce codes of US INC against living beings under the pretense that we are CORPORATIONS. In 1950, the 81st Congress investigated the Lawyers Guild and determined that the B.A.R. Association is founded and run by communists under definition. Thus, any elected official that is a member of the B.A.R. will only be loyal to the B.A.R. and not the people. That the Oath of Office – Title 5 USC 331, 332, 333 backed up by Title 22 CFR Foreign Relations 92.12 – 92.31 and Title 8 USC, section 1481 – the public official relinquishes his national citizenship and are thus foreign agents as stipulated under Title 22 USC, chapter 11, section 611, loss of national citizenship – Public officials are no longer US Citizens, but rather are foreign agents and must register as such. That Title 8 USC 1481 stated once an oath of office is taken citizenship is relinquished, thus you become a foreign entity, agency, or state. That means every public office is a foreign state, including all political subdivisions. (i.e. every single court is considered a separate foreign entity). Your affiliate US INC, is polluting the land and ground water. We are going to drag you to the Environmental court for not stopping them. Isn’t putting you in charge of Land Management a lot like Obama putting an officer of Monsanto in charge of the food and drug administration? If you want to manage land, go arrest Harry Reid because he is selling it off to foreign interests. Public land belongs to the PEOPLE, NOT YOU! And while we are at it, you are also supposed to be protecting indigenous wild life on ‘PUBLIC LANDS,’ such as the desert tortoise. In the process of such ‘protection’ you have managed to destroy 2800 or so of those endangered beings because supposedly you were not given enough money to manage that aspect of your ‘agency.’ So you EXTERMINATED THEM! So clearly, you DO NOT exist to protect anything, but the bottom line for foreign corporations which you serve. And while the common law grand jury is at it, there will be indictments handed down against the sheriff, who in every county is the highest official on the land. In our lovely county, that particular sheriff who failed to stop your actions in April will be facing his own consequences. The Jackass in a black robe (who represents the crown of London BAR association) who gave you an order to confiscate private property, is receiving this, as are you.
