First, in a move that could have come straight out of “1984,” it was revealed that "Microsoft has filed a patent that suggests it is interested in using Kinect to count the number of people in a room in order to charge each person for providing pay-per-user content." And now Microsoft intends to reward its loyal consumers with a policy that allows game publishers to "...disallow reselling of their games if they so choose." So if you were hoping to recoup any of the $60 you plunked down on that "Dora the Explorer" game that your daughter played for 10 minutes...
