Success comes from within you, not from your position... In my previous company, I went to my first company event and saw the leaders in front of the room wearing these nice black jackets. I came home and told my Mr that I too would have a black jacket. Black jackets meant they were Ambassadors, 6 figure yearly earners. Basically the top 1% of the company. I went on to earn my jacket 8 months later but what was most important to me, was that until I earned the rank; I took action AS IF I was a jacket earner each day. It is putting in the effort NOW to get paid residual in the future that I grasped very quickly. In this industry, many arent paid right away and then quit. They blame the company, the product, the system, whatever! Really they should be blaming themselves. YOUR daily method of operation will determine your future income. If you treat your home based business as a hobby, youll be paid as such. Treat it as a professional, training your team along the way, and youll get paid as one...
