Such a sad morning....the last drop off at Brandy Skonhovd. It has been an emotionally charged week - and ever since we officially decided to move, I have been dreading this day. As a mother, your children are your most precious treasures and to leave them in someone elses care is unnerving - you feel very vulnerable. When you find someone with very similar parenting styles, family values and morals - someone that cares, can dish out tough love, challenge the children to work harder, snuggle with and love my children just as her own...it is priceless. We have been extremely fortunate to have this level of love given to our family over the past 2 years. Your family has turned into an extension of our family....never once have I worried that my children were not getting the level of care and love during the day. We are going to miss you more than you will ever know - not only have our children become great friends (or extended siblings), but I am going to miss our daily chats. Thank you just doesnt seem to cut it when it comes to everything our family has benefited from over the past 2 years with you.
