Sue Zimet is dropping out of the race for the 103rd Assembly seat. According to a letter the Record got this morning, she blames challenges to her Democratic Party nominating petitions and a lawsuit by incumbent Democrat Kevin Cahill. Zimets statement said it would cost her tens of thousands of dollars to fight the issues to the end.
