Sugar high GI carbs ,, cant be ,, Would get fat ? Well no ,, Under carb and metabolism falls over ,Exercise intensity also drops low energy ,I Quit Sugar page ,,, really ,, Cannot live without it ,, every cell needs glucose ,, And even if Vegan its still not possible to sustain any high intensity exercise without it ,, Personally prefer bananas and fruit over processed and a mix of white / brown rice White is high gi ,,Brown is low The problem is not sugar but the extreme amounts we consume along with trans fats Even Durian Rider often adds sugar to banana smoothies depending on energy expenditure ,,Meat and dairy are not healthy,, Lemon detox diet for example ,Quote, For best results a vegetarian diet Hold up ,, Vegetarian diet and even with no lemons one will loose weight .. ,, Not saying go vegetarian ,,but am saying sugar is not the enemy ,,The high consumption of it is especially refined so next time you down a 500 ml coke ,,just run 10 kms ;-) This is just my opinion so dont get all bent out of shape over it ,,,, Your thoughts ;-)
