Sunday L.O.V.E.! Brunch is always something fun something new most times! Kashi Buckwheat tossed into caramelized julienned yellow onions, julienned (thin slices) fresh shiitake mushrooms, and curly parsley in olive oil and Himalayan salt. Ill squeeze a little lemon. Oven caramelized carrots, and for ma two Gardein fishless filets which btw are scrumptious chile yes they are! I had a quesadilla of sorts with the last of the Tofurkey roast I made a few nights ago! Fresh local bakery Wheat pita layered with coconut herb CHAO cheese slices, a couple shameless dabs of vegenaise, and a crazy pour of hot sauce! Hmm sigh...Sorry for the dirty nail shot. Theyre actually stained from blueberries this morning! lol! Fresh creamy coconut collard soup Im trying my new vitamix out with! Dinner is already done! We are cruising over here! No harm was brought upon a living soul! Doesnt that seem right? LivingOnVeganEnergy!🌱™2014
