In it, God makes provision for His chosen people and ensures that the land is divided according to Gods fairness and grace. But God also makes provision for those not of Jewish blood, called strangers, including them in the inheritance, as He said in verse 22: ...and for the strangers who dwell among you and who bear children among you. Including us Gentiles even then, God makes it clear that were included in His kingdom. All scriptures on this topic point toward the New Jerusalem and the new Kingdom of God in which you and I will live. This is part of the future you and I have to look forward to. We have much to be grateful for, so much more than we can even imagine! The dispute over Israels borders and inhabitants rages as it has for decades. We who love the Lord should be as distressed over any attempt to reduce or deny the land granted by God to Israel as Israelis themselves. But we should also be very glad and watching in anticipation, because God Himself will restore the land and the people. He loves them and us that much. Looking forward to that day, we see glimpses of the incredible blessings in store for us. Todays geopolitical map will be wiped out, as God establishes His kingdom. Now may the Lord bless you and keep you today; may He lift you up, and may the hope of your future bring you reassurance in these troubled times. May He cause you to shine with His glory for others, and may He fill you with His peace.
