Sunday... prayer, mantra, meditation... Central Clarity. a state of settled alignment.... with this clarity, nervousness and apprehension disappear...worry and unnecessary stress fall away......... WHY ? because when we return to THAT central position of grounded calm and sink into the true reality that , all things come and go.....and external conditions do NOT bring us internal peace, we realize that the only way to live is in LOVE and Kindness... When we perceive that what WE project and send out into the world returns in abundance, then why would we project anything else but LOVE and healthy transformation for all ? And so, the practice is...once again...to be unrelenting and immovable in their position of Kindness and unyielding in ones dedication to personal cultivation for the benefit of others... When we actually do this practice.....EVERYONE notices and is affected..... Guaranteed.... If we hold ourselves to integrity and accountability then we can demand that of others.... and remember, consistency is the key..... when one is consistently even handed, grounded, strong yet caring and compassionate No Matter What...... Then , No words need to be uttered.......No promises need to be made.. Your actions and energy illustrate it all........ and one becomes a living example of spiritual brilliance , character excellence and human potential...... THAT is the living medicine for all beings ... Off to train and then spread the LOVE to my main girl........MOM.. Jees....i smother her so much with roses, chocolate and goodies , what should i bring her now ? Consistent presence and the deepest of medicines....Care and Attention... Thats what ! OM
