Super Excited to announce I will be starting up a 21 Day Fix Test Group on March 24th. Over the next 6 days I look forward to meeting many of you and helping you to get started with this amazing group. When I speak with people about what isnt working for them with their health, 9 times out of 10 say nutrition! Confused about what to eat, when to eat and most importantly how much to eat! Some eat too much and quite often more of them (including me) dont eat enough for fear of gaining weight when they just worked out hard! For me, its usually because I didnt PREPARE ahead of time and went too long between meals that by the time I was able to grab something I was ready to eat my entire kitchen!!
