Super busy setting up the new gym and preparing for our big launch we didn’t plan on competing this year. A few members decided last minute to jump in on the action. (literally just registering on the deadline time!)Although none of us actually trained for the event, and some are still way out of shape from looong holidays! It was more just to have a laugh and show our support. As the CrossFit community continues to grow in China, for sure the years to come will be even better!
