Day shifts (08.00 - 15.30) and evening shifts available. Advantage Healthcare Group are recruiting dedicated Support Workers to enable our client to live as independently as possible. Our client is a male in his early 20s who has Cerebral Palsy and suffers seizures. He has good communication, is very expressive and humorous. He is wheelchair bound and requires overhead hoists and mobile hoists due to weakness in his arms. We are recruiting Support Workers to: Administer medication Assist with physiotherapy routines Play games such as basketball, dance and assist with cooking Drive our clients modified vehicle to and from the day centre As Support Worker for this client you will be confident interacting and building relationships with service users, while maintaining professional boundaries. You will work well as part of a team and have previous care experience with clients who have complex care needs.
