NPFD responded to multiple calls simultaneously tonight. New Prospect Rescue 11 and Chief 50 responded to a motor vehicle crash in our first due area while NP Service company 40 responded to a separate call of a tree and power lines down in the roadway that was also in our first due area. NP engine 12 simultaneously responded to secure a landing zone for LCEMS in our first due area . The remaining member stood by at our station and manned Tanker 20 to provide coverage for our service area while all other units were tied up on calls. Rescue 11 and Engine 12 have since returned to service while NP Service 40 and Chief 50 remain on scene of the trees and power lines down in the roadway. We want to thank Leoma Fire & Rescue for their assistance with the motor vehicle crash as well as Crossroads Fire Department for standing by to cover our area while our units were busy on calls. Also, our hats off to Lawrence County EMS, E-911, THP, and Lawrence County Sheriff Department for their hard work tonight.
