For this workout 3 rounds: ⛄️ Heel Squat with and Overhead Shoulder Press (15) ⛄️ Inner thigh squat with bicep curl (15) ⛄️ Plank to Elbow Plank (20) ⛄️ Dead lift with Arnold Press (15) ⛄️ Alternating lunges with bicep curl ⛄️ Training Camp with weight (30) I used 2 15lb weights and 2 12lb weights. Eric used 20lb weights.
