(EAST) Responsibilities: Provide IT helpdesk support to internal end-users Perform day-to-day operations and support for IT-related requests/ enquiries Attend to internal customer service calls on technical network issues and desktop/ laptop support Perform hands-on installation and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software Perform preventive maintenance of the network equipment Liaise and coordinate with vendors on faulty equipment repaired/ replaced Be involved in deployment of new hardware and/or software Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor Requirements: Min.
