TACO DIP Patti Knutsen • 1 - 8oz pkg cream cheese • 1 - 16oz container of sour cream • 2-3 ripe avocados • Vlassic mild pepper rings (about 10-15 rings) • 2 tbls of taco seasoning (approx.) • Shredded lettuce • Chopped tomatoes • Chopped ripe olives (optional) • Shredded cheddar cheese (or taco types) BASE: Cream the cream cheese, and avocados add the sour cream and beat until blended. Add chopped mild pepper rings. I use about 10 of them. If desired use more or less. Spread base onto your platter or 9x13 glass or metal dish. Sprinkle the taco seasoning on top of the base. Add lettuce, tomatoes, ripe olives and shredded cheese. Serve with your favorite corn chips. I like the bite size.
