TEAM STRONG GIRLS Success Story Back in 2012, Nelly Y. (STRONG MOM, age 49) came to me looking to tighten up and lean out. She was one of my very original Success Stories when I first started out as a coach on my own and she just kicked butt losing almost 20 lbs (plus 5 inches off of her hips, 4 inches around her waist, and 6 inches off of her thighs) on our first go around together by putting together a strategy that consisted of more food, higher amounts of protein, and a training regimen that focused on weight loss. Youre an angel Jenny! Thank you so much for everything you have done that has helped me reach my goal. Reaching the goal is a GREAT thing, but the Truly BEST part of all this was the journey, of allowing someone to lead me through, and be my accountability partner, plus seeing how much more I was able to grow, its really no longer about the weight and looks but the inner journey. Thank you a billion times over, God Bless you! One year later, this STRONG GIRL contacted me again to pursue a goal that she never thought possible - compete on stage! Having grown a successful business as a Fitness Instructor, I was excited to work with her in achieving her goal that we got right to work. Being very new to Weight Lifting and having to balance out her incredibly busy Fitness Classes, we put together a strategy that would have her stage ready at the same time as some of her STRONG SISTERS in the IDFA International Championships. Nelly says, Dreams come true!!! But you have to work for them. A few months ago, I firmly decided to get into my first Fitness Model competition and since I had already worked with Jenny in the past to trim down my last few pounds, we grew a friendship in the process and therefore I embarked with her again to be my accountability partner and trainer for this goal - it was a super fun ride, and with team mates sharing the same goal it was a blast!!! I am happy to have reached that goal and have embarked on the next one already!! Thank you so much Jenny you are one of the sweetest people I know, I am so blessed to have you in my life. Nelly is extremely special to me as I consider her one of my originals that really helped kickstart my career as a Coach and how my relationship with my clients would come to fruition. Most importantly, now that she has discovered the love of Weight Training (yay!!!) I cant wait to see her back on stage strutting her stuff!
