#TEAM104 is an initiative to recruit, train and support grassroots volunteers and link them with NGOs and resources in areas of education, health, employment and environment. Its applying a management science approach to an areas available human & financial resources. Its about creating grassroots leaders in rural pakistan to ensure continuity of work. Our first initiative is in collaboration with Akhuwat to provide micro-finance loans to those in need. Its named 104 in Honour of NA104 - where we are making a pilot project which hopefully will be a model and blueprint for other areas in the future. How you can help? 1. Create awareness about #TEAM104 through social media & media contacts. 2. Ask your contacts to provide lists of people who we can contact as potential volunteers in Gujrat - NA104. 3. Provide a list of your contacts who are either educated graduates or retired professionals. Eg ex Army or ex Teachers so we can invite them to a training program in NA104.
