Dear Excellency, It will not have escaped you’re attention that numbers of actions to save the stray dogs of Romania, who were sentenced to death in your country. We are setting up bridges to help for the private initiatives towards the stray dogs (and the public shelters) to bring them from Romania to the Netherlands to provide for them a safe home in the Netherlands as in other EU countries. Since your government praises a bonus per killed dog therefore it seems to me no more than reasonable that you also praise that bonus per dog spent abroad. After all they are no longer wandering the streets and therefor no more danger to your society. I therefore propose that the shipments costs listed € 45.00 per dog to pay at the border. After a check-out of the dogs. After all you are well organized to provide the citizens a bonus for each killed dog So I think in this way rather than as part of the grant to your country, to solve the problem of stray animals would be well and honestly spent.. I do this urgent appeal to you on behalf of all Dutch involved and hope to hear from you soon. Yours sincerely
