WORKOUT DETAILS: Medicine ball toss warmup. 3 rounds, 4 circuits 15 Pull-ups (with Jump Band assistance) 15 Dips (with Jump Band assistance) 15 Hanging Core Leg Tucks (Ab straps) 15 Diagonal Pull-ups (Rope and Bar assistance) 12 sec Sequence for Legs: 3 rounds of each Squats Lunges L Leg Lunges R Leg Also its an Ab rest day on the 24 day Ab Challenge.
