THANKFULNESS CHALLENGE: DAY 2 I am actually behind in my thankfulness challenge, not because I want to back out or because I am ungrateful to God, but simply because the devil is really making this a challenge cause I have computer problems and it is really challenging to type a lot on my Nexus. Anyway, here goes: 1. I am thankful to God for my family that God has blessed me with. We have had our struggles and difficulties over the years, but through it all God has been awesome and has blessed us tremendously. God is continuing to open doors on our behalf that were seemingly shut until recently. 2. I am thankful to God for my siblings, some of whom I was able to see after some time in AL 2 weekends ago. Time and other family commitments do not permit frequent gatherings, but I am thankful still for the occasional opportunity to meet and reflect on our childhood days. 3. I am thankful to God for my other relatives-cousins-the Hardys, whom my family and I have gotten much closer to since being in this part of the world these few years. I am thankful for Aunt Hagar, Aunt Edna, who has always been praying for and encouraging me and my family. All my aunts and uncles on both sides of my family, I am thankful for the Schwartzs, the Bowmans, Bobb-Semples, my nieces and nephews, the Mingos, Crawfords, and so many others too countless to mention. God knew what He was doing when He created families-families are indeed a blessing. Today, I would like to nominate Bobb-Semple Pastor (Conrad), Orin James, and Tonia Samuels to join the thankfulness challenge. (For the next 5 days, thank God for 3 things that you have been blessed with and nominate 3 persons to join the challenge.
