THE ARROGANCE OF THE NEW OIC IN STCW CERTIFICATION OFFICE IN MARINA.. Our agents from Mossad and Scotland Yard informed us Dr. Max Mejia has appointed a new OIC in the STCW Division Certification Section in the name of Mr. Arthur Miñon. Our agent from Scotland Yard informed me that Mr. Miñon is an information technology graduate. I would like to congratulate Mr. Arthur Miñon for his recent position. However, Mr. Miñon has shown so much enthusiasm and over zealous in his new position like a fly on the top of a carabao that thinks he is as big as a carabao. Very new in his job, yesterday he shouted and humiliated one seafarer, treated him like a criminal in front of so many people because the seafarer gave Php 100 for snack as a gratitude of a good service to one of the staff in STCW certification office. He even ask the seafarer to make a public apology. Son of my gun. Im asking that seafarer to come to the UFS office because I will accompany him to the Commission on Human Rights to give Mr. Arthur Miñon a lesson that he will not forget in a lifetime.I will just test how far Arthur Miñon can go with his arrogance. Paging Dr. Max Mejia. Where did you get this kind of garbage? You appointed him in that STCW Certification office? What is his knowledge about seafarers? May be you dont have any knowledge of Mr. Miñons arrogance but I would like you to know that I will not tolerate it.
