THE AWAKENING; Students at Nkumba University were involved in a strike a couple of months ago.The University has been re-opened but some of the requirements of re-admission into the University are that all students who were present at the university when the strike was going on are supposed to report with parents and sign an oath that they will never strike again in the presence of a lawyer who they will pay 50k and an additional 150k for damages the university incurred. Can This Stop Rioting In Universities?
