Kotido Prison to Kaabong court, 84km. Amuru Prison to Gulu court, 70km. Amuria Prison to Kalindi court, 50km. To mention but a few. The commissioner provided a list of 15 prisons where inmates do not have access to transport. Prisoners Need To Be Treated Like Humans. Agree or Disagree>
