THE CHURCH TODAY FUTURISM (created by Jesuits in the mid 1800s) - says all prophesy will happen in the end days. All pushed forward to take attention away from the crimes and nature of Rome. The time between Christs birth and now doesnt mean anything. An antichrist will appear, the church will be attacked and there will be a Tribulation for 3/12 years. Just dont look toward history or you might see the true antichris thats upon us right now. PRETERISM - ( another Jesuit Creation) says that It all happened in the past. Its up to us now. Trust the (new world) church. From Wikipaedia; There has historically been general agreement with non-preterists that the first systematic preterist exposition of prophecy was written by the Jesuit Luis de Alcasar during the Counter Reformation.[10][page needed][11] Moses Stuart noted that Alcasars preterist interpretation was of considerable benefit to the Roman Catholic Church during its arguments with Protestants,[12] and preterism has been described in modern eschatological commentary as a Catholic defense against the Protestant Historicist view which identified the Roman Catholic Church as a persecuting apostasy.[13] HISTORICISM - true Prophesy says that the churches spoken of in the Book of Revelation spanned across time and history. That we are living in the Lukewarm Church of Laodecia. Meaning that most of us want to follow Christ but are too comfortable in what wed like to believe within our comfort zone. Christians by name but swayed by winds of strange doctrines or popularity. Comfortable in our wealth. Others are receptive, observant and uncompromising in the truth that was given by the Apostles. Not subject to changes for political convenience and every wind of doctrine. Firm in the original Faith of the Bible and not the traditions of eccumenical Rome. Both the crowd pleasing left and the rigid right are fraught with danger. Both extremes are exploited by our enemies against us. This Historical approach to Bible Prophesy divides the church in two groups finally as the polarise left or right. Its the smaller, staunch yet merciful, not over fanatical group that wins Gods favour. Only two major Churches in the world hold to Historicism. The JWs and the SDA. The JWs dont have the 4th Commandment Sabbath. youtube/watch?v=aqRhyYQRD0M&sns=em
