THE DOCTRINE OF “ORIGINAL SIN” - PART 15 1. WHO CREATED JEREMIAH THE PROPHET? God says to Jeremiah, “Before I FORMED THEE in the belly, I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.” - (Jeremiah 1:5). God “created” Jeremiah. He “created” Isaac to an aged couple, Abraham & Sarah. He also “created” John the Baptist to Zechariah & Elizabeth who were not able to bear a child. 2. WAS JEREMIAH BORN A SINNER? No! No! No! Like every other baby, Jeremiah was created (formed / made) by God as “a sinless baby.” 3. DID GOD CREATE ONE BABY SINNER? Satan is the author of sin – (Isaiah 14:12-14; Ezekiel 28:14-15). The Bible says, “Whosoever committeth sin is of the devil.” - (1 John 3:8). God did not create the devil nor sin. Hence, He never created a baby sinner. God is not the author of sin. 4. WHY GOD DID NOT CREATE ONE BABY SINNER? Because, in the plan of salvation, “Jesus became the sin bearer for Adam and Eve,” as if He was the sinner – (Genesis 3:15; Revelation 13:8). HE did not allow one baby to inherit Adam and Eves sins. And babies are not the sin bearer for Adam and Eve; therefore no baby is born a sinner. 5. WHAT IS THE FALSE BELIEF OF “ORIGINAL SIN” DOCTRINE? The false doctrine that says, “the fallen sinful nature is sin, and all babies are born sinners from Adam and Eves sins,” is of the devil. I hope that we wont be deceived anymore by these false doctrines since we are enlightened much more now than before.
