THE FAITH OF CHRIST When God made man, man needed not faith, - TopicsExpress

THE FAITH OF CHRIST When God made man, man needed not faith, because man was basically living by his spirit. So, he was already living and walking as a spirit; and need not to believe in spiritual realities, and also had no need to be taught how to be spiritually minded; because, man had no knowledge of the flesh, so he was completely by nature spiritually minded; so man had life and peace, “For…to be spiritually minded is life and peace” (Romans 8:6). But when man ate of the forbidden tree, then, just as God had said, man died: and man is a spirit. But you see, you could be living in a house, but vacated, yet, your house may remain for a long time, till it becomes too weak to stand any longer, and then, it collapse. I mean, man who is a spirit, lives in a body, which is his house: and when man died, his house was yet not too weak to continue for sometime, and so it remains a while and then returns back to whence it was taken from. That’s, the glorious man God created became a mere corruptible creature walking on the surface of the earth, for a few days, without hope, or any permanent stay, just living for a short time to be destroyed forever. But, when God sent His Word, by who originally man was made, to come down to man, and to recreate him again for the glory that was lost. As at then, man was dead. Hence, to recreate him, could only be by bringing him back to life; rebirthing man even new into life. So, the Word that God sent, purposely descended to this earth to give life to man; even as He said that, “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly” (John 10:10). That was why He said to Nicodemus that, “…Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3). Why? Because, man was dead: so the new birth should bring him back to life that he might partake in the Kingdom of God. Doubtless, if not the death and the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, that had brought immortality to light, no man could have ever live acceptably forever in the presence of God, because, the spirit man who was from God and had a connection with God was dead. Subsequently, because the spirit man was disconnected from God, man now being flesh and blood; a sensory and a carnal creature, needs faith to be reconnected back to God, thus, without faith no man can please God (Hebrews 11:6). For faith is what acknowledges the reality of the invisible, and confesses the unseen, to relate with things not seen, and even far away, as though they are very close. Faith accepts the existence of something, even though not seen, but follows hard after it with conviction and certainty as though it has appeared physically. But, “…faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God” (Romans 10:17). And the Word of God is God’s information, which indicates that, the information of God sows the seed of faith in the human spirit. And the Word of God was manifested as the Christ, consequently, the thoughts of Christ arises faith in the human spirit, because, He only have the kind of words that the spirit requires to live. Therefore, without the spirit hearing God’s Word, he is as dead as exist not: but as the Master said, “…the Words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life” (John 6:63). His words are beyond the body; they are for the spirit, that’s why “…the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned” (1 Corinthians 2:14). So when the spirit hears of Christ, he receives something that enables him to become someone, something that awakes him and brings him to light, and so he comes alive to function purposefully; because the Word of God who created him enables him. Any other thing that the spirit of man hear weakens him, except the Word of God that strenghtens him, and gives him might. The Word of God is the power that raises man back to life; He recreates man and grants him a new life in Him. And because when man died, he became carnal, man needs faith to look beyond the things which are seen, that are temporal, to see the things which are not seen, that are permanent, which things are in Christ. For the spirit of man being born again is still a babe in Spiritual realities; hence needs to grow in the things of the Spirit, before he can function according to how God hath predestinated for him to be: “…that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God” (Romans 12:2). Then, when man becomes born again, because he was born again by faith, he can only be sustained by faith. Therefore, walking by faith becomes the very lifestyle of the born again, by which he will be trained to function as he was created to be. Understand that, faith is the response of the human spirit to the Word of God, that is, faith causes the human spirit to respond to God, which means, without faith, it is impossible for man to relate to God. Also, man must hear the Word of God, before he can have faith, and that faith comes in the Word of God, to cause the spirit of man to arise and to be able to do the work of God. Again, after man hears the Word of God and have faith, man must continue to hear the Word of God to grow his faith, and to grow in faith. The Word of God is the light of the spirit by which man sees, and walks in the will of God. So he that refuses the Word of God, refuses life and light, and continues in death and darkness, and has no lasting hope; not knowing whither he goeth. To hear the Word of God is not doing something for God, but connecting yourself to God; and doing better to your ownself, because, without the Word in you, there is no life in you. So faith in Christ is the hope of eternal life in man. The first man sinned and took all men into condemnation: but the Lord from heaven died for sin, to bring men out from under the condemnation of death, unto the justification of life. Yet, only he that hears of what the Lord from heaven did for all men, and believes on His Name, can partake of what He hath done. But he that fails to believe on His Name shall still suffer of the consequence of the first man, even though, Christ was given to suffer for all men, yet not all will benefit from His sacrifice except they that sign up into Him. For “He that believeth in Him is not condemned: but he that believes not is already condemned, because he hath not believed in the Son of God” (John 3:36). By the witness in my spirit, I can confidently and precisely attest that, the most important thing in this life for any man, is to receive the free gift of God; to accept the salvation of Christ; to come back to life, before he even look at any other thing. This mortality and all it’s corruption are passing away, so no man who trust in the flesh has a permanent stay in God’s creation. But in Christ, there is a permanent stay, and a total rest for the human soul. This is why it is so vital, for man to receive the Gospel of Christ; and have faith in God. Now, truthfully, the faith of Christ is the only hope for any man born of the flesh. So then, men should never think that they have something better to do other than following Christ, for without Christ, where are you going, a man of the senses; what is your hope, and where do you end? You see, the bible says that, lack of knowledge my people perish, because, if you don’t really know that you are nothing without God, you will feel proud; desiring for the praise of men, living to impress others, who are all passing away one day. Instead of seeking for the One who created you; to have eternal dwelling, you rather labour for temporal satisfactions to enjoy vain pleasures in this temporal life, instead of looking up to He that brought you into being, you rather look around at those that are also passing by you. Come on here, can’t you see, that, life is more spiritual than physical? Why don’t you seek after Spiritual realities, than spending all your time on physical deceptions, pursuing after carnal acquisitions, without knowing when all these things will come to an end. For example, for the sake of your job, and because you will receive salary, you can’t seek the Lord, rather, you dedicate all your days to earn profits in this life, so you wake up, and it’s your business-you wake up, and it’s your business, so!!! Til you wake up one day, and you are in hell! And all that you daily labored for, for which sake you lived without God has become vanity! And then, you begin to utter vain words, such as, “why! How! Why I’m I here! Oh! Ah! Yeh! Ah! Why! Me! Ei! Ouh! Can any body help me! I’m suffering! Please! Save me! Save me! Save me o! I’m sorry o! Ouh! I’ve repent o! I’ll not sin again ooo! I’ll serve God! Please deliver me!...? You see, so much to describe what others are going through in hell. Those who once lived: as you are today: who hardened their hearts against their Creator, and blocked their ears that they will not hear Him, and closed their eyes that they will not see His will, and now they wish that they had not lived at all, and yet, without any help or a helper, should suffer forever, even those that never heard about Christ. So, if you are in today, and you hear about Jesus, and you have contrary reasons to reject Him, be informed that, He did not come to take anything from you, but to give you everything, which pertains unto life and godliness. Therefore, if you refuse Him, it doesn’t alter Him, neither reduces Him: but you lose, because if He came to give you something, and you refuse, He takes it back, and you lack. Again, settle it in your mind that, He doesn’t become Lord when you believe in Him; for He is the Lord of heaven and earth; with or without you, He is the Lord of lords, and the King of kings. This I say to you then, to have faith in Christ is be saved from God’s wrath to come: but to doubt Christ, is to be consumed by God’s wrath. So believe in Jesus my dear, and partake of His grace. Allow yourself to be saved by Jesus; receive the Gospel of Christ, which is the power of God, unto salvation to every one that believes (Romans 1:16). Finally, one of the major reasons for the necessity of the faith of Christ for any man, is because, the Apostle Paul attest to the fact that, any man outside Christ is a sinner condemned already before God; “Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous” (Romans 5:18-19)… Message continues If you want to receive Christ into your spirit, kindly pray thus: “O LORD GOD, I COME TO YOU IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, YOUR WORD SAYS, “…WHOSOEVER SHALL CALL UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD SHALL BE SAVED” I ASK JESUS TO COME INTO MY HEART TO BE THE LORD OF MY LIFE. I RECEIVE ETERNAL LIFE INTO MY SPIRIT, I DECLARE I AM SAVED; I AM BORN AGAIN; I AM A CHILD OF GOD; I NOW HAVE CHRIST DWELLING IN ME, AND GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN ME THAN HE THAT IS IN THE WORLD! I NOW WALK IN THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF MY NEW LIFE. HALLELUJAH!”
